Follow the project README
  1. 01Copy .env.example to .env.local and configure WorkOS, Turso, R2, and your encryption key.
  2. 02Apply local migrations with bun run db:migrate, or hosted Turso migrations with bun run db:turso:deploy.
  3. 03Create the WorkOS contract_owner and hotel_leader roles and set your platform admin user ID.
  4. 04Restart the app and sign in through AuthKit.
